The food here is SO good. Traditional Romanian dishes. Our favourites were the Bulz with smoked sausage and bean soup that comes in a bread bowl. Our waitress Lore was so kind and helpful.

So much choice in Brasov and we just happened upon this place. In a city where it’s hard not to eat well, then La Ceaun still manages to stand out. It’s simple fare done really very well. Majoring in stews and some grills. House wine by the jug also very palatable. We were served by Arina who was really warm and friendly. If you enjoy a meze style starter then I suspect you’ll enjoy the “bread spreads”. Don’t be put off by carp roe, it was delicious!
